The company was incorporated on 26th March, 1990 and operations were commenced on 15 May 1990.
Through two major offices in Coffs Harbour and Lismore and agents in Ballina, Armidale and Newcastle, North State Finance Limited is in a position to offer Leasing, Commercial Hire Purchase, Chattel Mortgages, Commercial Rental facilities and Personal Finance throughout the Eastern Seaboard.
North State Finance is a specialist asset based financier with the focus of lending operations to the professional and small business sectors. The company's target market is the under $250,000 range. Gross receivables have grown to more than $35.74 million.
North State Finance has been formed on the basis of securing lending and deposit opportunities on a professional and flexible asset based financing operations.
